To celebrate Heart Month, a group of our Heart Sisters gathered on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at the Longwood Brew Pub and Restaurant in North Nanaimo for an afternoon of delicious food and drinks. We were happy to welcome Heidi Stokes, a new member to our group, who shared the ups and downs of her health journey with us.

Another highlight of the afternoon was Shelley Wilkins Wallace introducing us to the fun game of “Two Truths and a Lie”, in which everyone attempted to stump each other with some fun facts (and fibs) about ourselves.
